Email support@07734.app for product help, safety concerns, purchase questions, or privacy requests. Include your iOS version and the pager model involved. Do not email passwords, authentication codes, or payment-card details.
Page not received
Confirm both people exchanged the correct seven-digit number. Unknown senders may be waiting in Directory as a request. LOCAL LINE delivery can also be delayed or return NETWORK BUSY.
Report delivery troubleNo beep or vibration
Check the pager’s BEEP / VIBE / OFF state, iPhone notification permission, Silent Mode, and Focus settings. Reduce Motion changes visual effects but does not remove the core page.

Device unlocks and AIRTIME are processed by Apple through RevenueCat. Use Restore Purchases in the app before contacting support. Prices shown in the App Store are authoritative.
Ask about a purchaseBlock or report
Unknown pages can be held for approval. You can block a number from Screening and report a received page from Locked. Reporting also blocks the sender.
Contact the safety deskAccount and data requests
Sign out from Setup → Account. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email the support desk from the address connected to your account and state the request clearly. We may need to verify that the account or pager number is yours before acting.
There's no in-app delete-account button yet, so email is the only way to request one for now.
